Tuesday, May 5th 2009 - Cinco de Mayo at Catalina Bar and Grill!
I'll be playing with Pat Longo's "Hollywood Big Band" at Catalina's in Hollywood. One set, at 8PM for a low $12 cover. Great food and sound at Catalina's, and some of the best players in LA in Pat's band,
along with swingin' Sinatra-styled vocals from Mark Copland.

Well, good things come to an end, and this sweet gig ended in late 2008.
I'm appearing many Wednesday evenings with bassist-vocalist
Bobby Haynes at Beverly Hills' Luxe Hotel's 'Cafe Rodeo'.
It's called "Jazz After Work," but we play a lot of blues also,
and even some rock and country.
Great drinks and very serious food (try the pork belly tacos or the banana wrapped-salmon) at moderate prices from chef Matthew.
Otto, BH's best bartender, is mixing and greeting; great service from Irina and Stacy; validated parking and free Wi-Fi! What more do you need?
